PAYMENT AND REFUND POLICY.

1. ORDER AND PAYMENT WINDOW

An order records its number, mode, price and selected payment rail. A pending order is not an active participation. The payment window is visible; an unpaid expired order releases its price reservation. Do not send funds using an expired order—create a new one for current details.

2. MANUAL PAYMENTS

Follow the exact amount, recipient and reference shown, then upload a valid PDF, JPG or PNG proof. A proof is reviewed before the participation is approved and scheduled; it does not by itself prove receipt. Rejections show a reason and must not be bypassed with altered evidence.

3. USDC AND USDT

Crypto is available only for assets and networks shown in checkout. Send the exact amount to the displayed network, contract and address. A different network, token, address or amount may be unrecoverable.

Lotty reconciles on-chain transfers and confirmations. If a valid transfer is not detected, you may submit its EVM hash and optional proof for review. Review cannot reverse a public-chain transfer or recover an incorrectly sent payment.

4. APPROVAL, REJECTION AND AUTOMATION

Manual approval is recorded and activates the order idempotently. If the scanner later detects a valid transfer for a pending claim, it may confirm it automatically without crediting the order twice.

A rejection does not authorize reuse of the same order or hash in another operation. Hashes are protected against reuse within the same chain.

5. REFUNDS

Refund eligibility depends on the payment rail, order status, payment evidence and applicable law. Confirmed blockchain transfers are normally irreversible; we cannot reverse a public network.

To request a review, keep the order reference, proof and, for crypto, the hash, network and token. We do not promise refunds for unverifiable payments, payments sent using incorrect details or payments outside the order window.
